Employee Entitlement. Except as provided for in Memorandum of Agreement #1, an employee whose illness or injury is one which is covered by the terms of the Nova Scotia Workers’ Compensation Act is not entitled to receive any benefits pursuant to Article 19.11, General Leave, and/or Article 21.01, Short-term Illness Leave Benefit, for the illness or injury which is covered by the Workers’ Compensation Act.
