EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. Section 1- Vacations
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. At present in effect but which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to the purpose and intent of the Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. 30.01 Employee privileges presently in effect, including the Employee Advantage Card, but which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to the purpose and intent of this Agreement, shall continue in full force. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, change, modify establish eligibility requirements, for any Employee Privileges, including the Employee Advantage Card.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. (1) The term "seniority" as used in this Section, shall be the Company Seniority to which an employee is entitled under the provisions of Article 4 Section 1 of this Agreement.
(2) Pay for each week of vacation for a full-time employee means pay for forty (40) hours at the employee's base rate of pay excluding shift differential.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. The City assures the Union that its intention in executing this Agreement is not to arbitrarily cancel privileges heretofore granted to employees solely because such privileges are not specifically identified in this Agreement.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. Section 22.01 Part-time employees will receive statutory holiday and vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standard Act.

During the term of this Agreement, the Employer will maintain the following employee privileges in accordance with current practice: • Free Parking. • Golf Course Play (includes Spouse) • Power Carts at Members’ Rate • Grounds Staff can purchase meals from the Restaurant at a twenty percent (20%) discount immediately before or immediately after their shift and during their Lunch period. • Employer to provide Coffee supplies free of charge. • Employer to provide Microwave and Fridge for employee use.
