EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. As per Article 30.01 of the Full-time Agreement
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. At present in effect but which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to the purpose and intent of the Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. 30.01 Employee privileges presently in effect, including the Employee Advantage Card, but which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to the purpose and intent of this Agreement, shall continue in full force. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, change, modify establish eligibility requirements, for any Employee Privileges, including the Employee Advantage Card.

EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. (1) The term "seniority" as used in this Section, shall be the Company Seniority to which an employee is entitled under the provisions of Article 4 Section 1 of this Agreement.
EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGES. The City assures the Union that its intention in executing this Agreement is not to arbitrarily cancel privileges heretofore granted to employees solely because such privileges are not specifically identified in this Agreement.
