Employees from within the Sample Clauses

Employees from within the bargaining unit who accept a position with the Employer which places them outside of the bargaining unit shall continue to accumulate seniority for a period of four (4) calendar months. These employees shall be entitled to return to the bargaining unit and their former job at any time during the four (4) month period, at the option of the employee or the Employer.
