Employees required to work on a general holiday shall receive, as determined by the Company, either:
Employees required to work on scheduled days off will receive pay at the rate of double time for the time worked, but will not have the day off rescheduled.
Employees required to work on a holiday shall be compensated at the rate of time and one half (1 ½ X) their regular straight time hourly rate for all hours they work on the holiday.
Employees required to work on their first (1st) assigned day off shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½ X). Should an employee be scheduled to work on their second (2nd) assigned day off, they shall be paid at the rate of double (2X) time.
