Employees Substituting. An employee required to substitute for another employee in a higher classification shall, when qualified for the substitute work, receive the higher rate of pay after working a minimum of two (2) hours.

Employees Substituting. 1. When substitutes are required to fill in for building employees, the filling of such jobs, wherever possible, will be from within the same building on the following basis: a. Should an employee substitute for another employee in a higher paying classification for three (3) consecutive days, the substitute employee (except food service personnel) will be paid (retroactively) the absent employee's rate of pay. In the case of food service employees, the substitute employee will be paid (retroactively) at the lowest step rate of the new job classification that is above the current pay rate of the substitute employee.

When full-time custodians are approved to do substitute overtime, employees in the building affected should be given the first opportunity and it is the responsibility of the building custodial coordinator or xxxxxxx to see that this is done on a rotating basis. f. Should an employee substitute for another employee in a higher paying classification for three (3) consecutive days, the substitute employee (except food service personnel) will be paid (retroactively) the absent employee's rate of pay.   • Limitation on Rights; No Right to Future Grants; Extraordinary Item of Compensation By entering into this Agreement and accepting the Performance Stock Units evidenced hereby, the Participant acknowledges: (i) that the Plan is discretionary in nature and may be suspended or terminated by the Company at any time; (ii) that the Award does not create any contractual or other right to receive future grants of Awards; (iii) that participation in the Plan is voluntary; (iv) that the value of the Performance Stock Units is not part of normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end of service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments; and (v) that the future value of the Common Stock is unknown and cannot be predicted with certainty.

  • Other Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services The following table specifies the methods of procurement, other than Quality and Cost-based Selection, which may be used for consultants’ services. In the event of a termination of employment because of such death or Permanent Disability, the Options shall immediately become exercisable as to all shares of Common Stock subject thereto.

  • How to Add or Remove Coverage for Family Members If your plan offers family coverage, you must notify your employer if you want to add or remove family members according to the Special Enrollment provisions described above. When adding or removing a family member, inform your employer in advance of the requested effective date and your employer will notify us. All requests must be made through your employer. We cannot directly add or remove coverage for you or your family members.

  • Permitted Participants; Effect Any Lender may at any time sell to one or more entities (“Participants”) participating interests in any Outstanding Credit Exposure owing to such Lender, any Note held by such Lender, any Commitment of such Lender or any other interest of such Lender under the Loan Documents. In the event of any such sale by a Lender of participating interests to a Participant, such Lender’s obligations under the Loan Documents shall remain unchanged, such Lender shall remain solely responsible to the other parties hereto for the performance of such obligations, such Lender shall remain the owner of its Outstanding Credit Exposure and the holder of any Note issued to it in evidence thereof for all purposes under the Loan Documents, all amounts payable by the Borrower under this Agreement shall be determined as if such Lender had not sold such participating interests, and the Borrower and the Administrative Agent shall continue to deal solely and directly with such Lender in connection with such Lender’s rights and obligations under the Loan Documents.
