Employer Cooperation. The Employer agrees to cooperate with the Association in the application of this Agreement and further agrees that it will not engage in any lockout or related activity during the term of this Agreement.

Employer Cooperation. The Employer shall cooperate and assist the JHSC with access to all relevant accident reports and ‘health and safety records' and any other pertinent information in its possession. It is understood that ‘health and safety records' will not include access to specific individual employee health information except where authorized by the employee in question.
