EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. 8.01 The Employer shall provide the Union and its Representative with a copy of all personnel directives which are intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Agreement.
EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. The Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of all personnel directives where the Employer proposes to issue a personnel directive, which is intended to clarify the interpretation or application of this Agreement.
EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. 9.01 The Employer shall, upon issuance, provide the Union with a copy of all personnel directives which are intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Agreement. In the event that the Union disputes the content of the directive and the dispute cannot be settled, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. The Company shall provide the Alliance Local with a copy of the personneldirectivesand regulations directly affecting employees of this bargaining unit. ARTICLE
EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. 9.01 The Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of all personnel directives that are intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Collective Agreement. Where the Union or the employees disagree with the Employer’s directive, either the Union or the employees may grieve pursuant to the grievance procedures contained herein.
EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. The Authority shall provide the employees' representative with a copy of those personnel directives directly affecting employees of this Bargaining Unit.
