Employer’s Right to Determine. Job to be Performed/Job Descriptions 24.1.1 The Employer will ensure that a job description exists for each employee’s position where the job is continuous on a weekly basis. 24.1.2 Human Resources will make available to the employee guidelines and forms for writing job descriptions and will strive to ensure that every job description is clear, complete and up-to-date. 24.1.3 Within twenty (20) working days of an employee’s successful completion of a probationary or trial period the employee and the immediate supervisor shall meet to review the appropriateness of the job description for the employee’s position. The immediate supervisor or the Department Head shall inform both Human Resources and the Union of the results of that review.

New OTR drivers required to operate air brake equipped vehicles must have a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of professional driving training by a certified instructor.

  • Right to Compel Performance Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon the occurrence of an event of Default, a non-Defaulting Interconnection Party shall be entitled to (a) commence an action to require the Defaulting Interconnection Party to remedy such Default and specifically perform its duties and obligations hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, (b) withhold payments, (c) suspend performance hereunder, and (d) exercise such other rights and remedies as it may have in equity or at law; provided, however, that the Transmission Provider shall not terminate the Interconnection Service Agreement due to the failure of Interconnection Customer to make a payment hereunder unless such failure could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the Interconnected Transmission Owner.

  • Right to Offset If We make a claim payment to You or on Your behalf in error or You owe Us any money, You must repay the amount You owe Us. Except as otherwise required by law, if We owe You a payment for other claims received, We have the right to subtract any amount You owe Us from any payment We owe You.

  • No Right to Cancel You do not have the right to cancel your subscription or change your mind. Once you sign this Investment Agreement, you are obligated to purchase the Note, no matter what, even if the Offering is over-subscribed and the amount of your Note is reduced.

  • Your Right to Cancel You can cancel this Agreement by giving written notice to us within 5 business days of being handed a completed copy of this Agreement; or within 7 business days of receipt if the completed Agreement is emailed or sent to you electronically; or within 9 business days of the date the completed Agreement was posted to you (if applicable). Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays are not counted as business days.   • DXC’s Right to Inspect DXC may, at any time, inspect the software, Services, or Products and associated manufacturing processes. Inspection may occur at Supplier’s facility, plant or subcontractor’s plant. Supplier will inform its vendors and subcontractors of DXC’s right to inspect and shall secure that right for DXC if necessary.

  • Right to Grieve Where an employee feels that she has been aggrieved by a decision of the Employer related to promotion, demotion or transfer, the employee may grieve the decision at Step 3 of the grievance procedure in Article 9 of this Agreement within seven (7) days of being notified of the results.

  • STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL You have the right to cancel this agreement and obtain a refund of charges paid through the attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later.

  • Right to Cancel 23.1 You have a right to cancel this Agreement within a period of seven days commencing on the date on which this Agreement is concluded or the date on which you receive this Agreement (whichever is later) (the “Cancellation Period”). 23.2 Should you wish to cancel this Agreement within the Cancellation Period, you should send a notice electronically to the following email address: xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Cancelling this Agreement within the Cancellation Period will not cancel any Transaction entered into by you during the Cancellation Period. If you fail to cancel this Agreement within the Cancellation Period you will be bound by its terms but you may terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 26 (Termination without Default).
