Project Employee definition
Project Employee means any Employee of a Seller Service Provider. “Project Execution Plan” has the meaning set forth in the Scope Book.
Project Employee shall be defined as a person employed to work full-time on a specific project. The term of employment shall be longer than six (6) months but not longer than two (2) years, with a maximum extension of six (6) months beyond the two (2) year term with the prior written agreement of the Union. In addition, the City and the Union may mutually agree to either a longer term or a longer extension period.

Project Employee means any employee of the Managing Member or TNHC Realty that provides services to the Company that are directly related to the Project (e.g., all on-site personnel and the Project manager). For these purposes, members of the TNHC executive team shall not be included in the definition of Project Employee.

Project Employee means an employee who has been assigned to a specific project where the rates of pay and conditions will be no less than the rates provided for in this agreement but can be greater for the duration of the project. Hours of work can be altered to suit the needs of the project and where additional hours are worked the employee can have the additional hours allocated to the overtime bank.
