Provided Materials definition

Provided Materials means all materials provided by the Company to the Supplier for use in the manufacture of Goods, or the provision of Services, such as - but not limited to - equipment, devices, components, tools, models, samples, measuring and testing equipment, construction documents, draw- ings, specifications, data and similar items.

Examples of Provided Materials in a sentence

• The Organization will not use the Capital One Provided Materials or the Program Sites in any manner not specifically set forth in this Agreement and will not make or distribute any other form of, or any derivative work from, any Capital One Provided Materials or the Program Sites.

More Definitions of Provided Materials

Provided Materials means any Materials provided by one Party (or its Affiliates) to the other Party (or its Affiliates) to conduct activities pursuant to this Agreement.
