Energy Analysis. Construction Manager shall cooperate with Owner Parties and maximize energy efficiency in the Project by proposing, supporting, and estimating costs associated with energy related incentive programs with every construction cost estimate and as Owner Parties may request.
Energy Analysis. Design-Builder shall cooperate with Owner Parties and maximize energy efficiency in the Project by proposing, supporting, and estimating costs associated with energy related incentive programs with every construction cost estimate and as Owner Parties may request.
Energy Analysis. Design Professional shall submit a complete performance-approach computer simulation demonstrating Title 24 energy compliance for University review and certification. Process loads shall be clearly identified and evaluated as allowed by California Code of Regulation Title 24, Part 6. The simulation shall demonstrate compliance with the University’s requirement to outperform Title 24 and reduce process loads as described in subparagraph 1.
Energy Analysis. Update the Title 24 energy compliance computer simulation. Submit California Energy Commission forms, certifying that the design complies with the code and the UC Sustainable Practices Policy. The University, acting as the enforcement agency, is required to independently check the designs and certify that they are in compliance with the code. Any non-complying aspect of the design, as determined by University’s Designated Administrator, shall be corrected by Design Professional before the design can be certified by the University.
Energy Analysis. As part of Architect's Basic Services for each Project, Architect and its Consultants shall conduct a cost/benefit analysis of all energy consuming systems for such Project, and all proposed energy conservation measures shall demonstrate a minimum potential seven (7) year payback.
Energy Analysis. An energy survey was performed on‐site to collect nameplate and operational data for mechanical equipment and lighting systems, and to identify potential energy efficiency measures. During the site visit, engineers collected the following data: A detailed inventory of lighting fixtures and controls Mechanical system nameplate specifications and control means Operation documents Observations and photographs of conditions and controls Operating data Based on the information collected, a spreadsheet tool was used to calculate the energy savings for each measure in the report. There are interactive effects among several of the measures modeled in the analysis that may overstate or understate the savings for any individual measure. The sequence of measure implementation was that recommended by the California Energy Commission’s Guide to Preparing Feasibility Studies for Energy Efficiency Projects, which recommends analyzing measures that affect load first, then working “upward” from load to plant. When reviewing the results of this report, please note that the best estimate of actual savings will be for the entire package of measures recommended. The savings of individual measures may be more or less than shown if not all of the other measures are implemented.
Energy Analysis. 2. Energy modeling to determine the current energy efficiency of the home.
3. Modeling to determine what improvements to the home will need to be made to yield a 30% improvement in energy efficiency over the existing home.
Energy Analysis. Internet Audit Program
Energy Analysis. Update the Title 24 energy compliance computer simulation including require to achieve the energy efficiency specified in section 2.0.
Energy Analysis. Design-Builder shall cooperate with Owner Parties and maximize energy efficiency in the Project by proposing, supporting, and estimating costs associated with energy related incentive programs with every construction cost estimate and as Owner Parties may request.
5.16 1 Art Program. Design-Builder shall work with Owner Parties to incorporate into the Project’s design and construction works of art from the Project’s 1% for Art program. Design-Builder’s costs to handle and install such art are properly included in the Contract Sum. However, cost of the included art objects themselves, is not a part of the Contract Sum.
