Enforcement of Regulations. The reasonable and proper costs and expenses incurred by the Landlord in enforcing the rules and regulations from time to time made pursuant to Clause 4.24 provided that the Landlord shall use all reasonable endeavours to recover such costs and expenses from the defaulting party and provided further that there shall be credited against the Service Cost any such costs recovered.

The Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation shall prepare reports of its findings. Said reports shall not contain client names or other client-identifying information. These reports shall be submitted to the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services, the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, the Office of Advocacy, the master and counsel for the

Enforcement of Regulations. (a) The City will enforce the Subdivision Regulations and the Building Codes on the Property in the same manner in which such codes are enforced within the City’s corporate boundaries.
(b) The City will enforce the Development Standards on the Property in the same manner in which duly enacted zoning regulations are enforced within the City’s corporate boundaries.
(c) The homeowner’s association for the Property, required by Section 3.8 of this Agreement, shall prohibit nuisances within the Property, particularly related to overgrown grass and weeds, rubbish and junk collection, junked vehicles, and other commonly regulated nuisances, and the HOA shall be responsible for the enforcement those prohibitions and ensure the correction any violations on the Property.
(d) The City may, but is not obligated to, enforce regulations applicable to high grass and weeds, rubbish and junk, junked vehicles, parking, fence regulations, animal control, and any other nuisance ordinances adopted by the City on the Property in the same manner in which such codes are enforced within the City’s corporate boundaries, provided:
(i) such regulations are uniformly applied throughout the City’s corporate limits; and
(ii) the homeowner’s association for the Property fails to correct the violation after receiving thirty (30) days written notice from the City.
Enforcement of Regulations. A person who violates a rule adopted under Sections 2301.036 and 2301.065 commits an offense. An offense under this subsection is a Class C misdemeanor.
