Common use of Engagement of Employees Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Employees. All prospective Employees may be required to complete an Application for Employment form prior to engagement. Applicants may be required to undertake a pre-employment physical/medical assessment, the cost of which will be borne by the Company. Any Employee who knowingly provides false information in their application or in the medical may be dismissed. All Employees will be engaged on a casual basis. All new Employees will undergo an industry approved safety induction programme.
