Engagement of the Contractor. Subject to the general supervision and control of the City and subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the Contractor is engaged to provide the services set forth in Section 2, Scope of Work.
Engagement of the Contractor. 1.1 The TOWN hereby engages the CONTRACTOR, and the CONTRACTOR hereby accepts the engagement to perform certain services for the TOWN, as described in Article 2.

Engagement of the Contractor. (a) The Company retains the Contractor to provide the services set forth on Schedule A (the “Services”) unless or until earlier terminated in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement.
