English Language Requirement. This Agreement is written in the English Language as spoken and interpreted in the United States of America, and such language and interpretation shall be controlling in all respects.
English Language Requirement. 16.1. The course and assessments are conducted in English, and passing written, verbal, and practical assessments in English is required to receive a warrant and/or the relevant unit standards. If you are unable to do so, you will be considered not competent and will not be awarded a certificate or the available unit standards.

English Language Requirement. Fluent communication in the English language is an essential factor for successful job performance and is therefore an important component of the Program. Students are interviewed prior to their acceptance to the Program and then will be re-interviewed and tested for comprehension upon arrival at the University. Upon arriving in Fairfield, if the student's English (both written and spoken) is significantly inferior to the student's English from the phone interview and application, then the University has the right to immediately dismiss the student from the Program. If it is determined that some English remediation is required, then the student will be given up to two months to improve their English, at which time they will be retested. If the student’s English is still below the required standard, they may be asked to leave the program.
English Language Requirement. Subject to the payment by Company to the Transferee or a Permitted Transferee, as applicable, of its reasonable Out-of-Pocket Expenses with respect to the English language translation hereunder that may be provided by a contract research organization, the Transferee shall provide to Company, and shall require any Permitted Transferee to provide to Company, English language translations of any and all documents delivered in accordance with
Section 4.1 or 4.2, above, that are not otherwise provided in English for use by some or all members of the Joint Steering Committee, Joint Development Committee, and/or Joint Development Committee, or either of the Parties pursuant to the Clinical Development and Collaboration Agreement. In the event that the Transferee or a Permitted Transferee uses a third party clinical research organization to provide the documents delivered in accordance with Section 4.1 and 4.2, above, and to provide the English translation required by this Section 4.3, Company shall reimburse Transferee or a Permitted Transferee, as the case may be, for the reasonable costs of such translation billed on an hourly basis and not on a cost-per-page or cost-per-word basis.

The parties agree that any applicant for employment or promotion must be able to converse and be understood in spoken English and be able to read and write in English sufficient to discharge the interpersonal communications responsibilities of the classification for which he/she is applying or seeking promotion.

(c) All in-process reviews, start-of-work meetings, or any other meeting required by the effort under this contract.

(e) All Contractor data compiled during test.
(f) All decals and information affixed to the vehicle (i.e., oil fill capacity, transmission shifting patterns, stenciling).
