Enrollment Goals Clause Samples
The Enrollment Goals clause sets specific targets or minimum numbers for participants or enrollees that must be achieved within a defined period. Typically, this clause outlines the expected enrollment figures for a program, service, or event, and may include timelines, reporting requirements, or consequences if the goals are not met. Its core practical function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of performance expectations, thereby aligning efforts and providing a basis for evaluating success or triggering remedies if targets are not achieved.
