Enrollment Variance Clause Samples

The Enrollment Variance clause defines how deviations from expected or agreed-upon enrollment numbers are handled within a contract or agreement. Typically, this clause sets thresholds for acceptable variances and outlines the consequences or adjustments if actual enrollment falls above or below these limits, such as fee recalculations or service modifications. Its core function is to manage the financial and operational impact of fluctuating enrollment, ensuring both parties are protected from significant discrepancies and can plan accordingly.
