EQUALITY DUTIES. 9.1 The Partners, employees, or agents shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of any law, enactment, order, or regulation relating to discrimination whether in race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or otherwise. The Partners shall take all reasonable steps to secure the observance of this clause by all employees, agents and all suppliers and sub-contractors employed in the execution of this Agreement.

EQUALITY DUTIES. 20.1 The Partners acknowledge their respective duties under equality legislation to eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation, and to advance equality of opportunity and xxxxxx good relations between different groups. 20.2 The Trust agrees to adopt and apply policies in its carrying out of the Council’s Health-Related Functions, to ensure compliance with their equality duties. 20.3 The Trust shall take all reasonable steps to secure the observance of this Clause 20 by all servants, employees or agents of the Trust employed in delivering the Service described in this Agreement.

Each institution shall not whether as employer, or provider of services to be delivered under this Agreement or as a provider of education, discriminate within the meaning of the Equality Legislation against any person on the grounds of their race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, religion or belief, or age. 14.2. Each Party shall in providing the services and education to be delivered under this Agreement comply with the Equality Duties at both Kent and XXXX.

EQUALITY DUTIES. 17.1 The Partners acknowledge their respective duties under equality legislation to eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation, and to advance equality of opportunity and xxxxxx good relations between different groups. 17.2 Where, in relation to a change in Service affecting IOW Council staff, service users, or both, HCC will comply with all legal requirements for equality impact assessment of any such changes.

EQUALITY DUTIES. 15.1 The Partners acknowledge that IWC, as a public body, will at all times have regard to its duties under equality legislation to eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation, and to advance equality of opportunity and xxxxxx good relations between different groups. 15.2 IHCIC shall (and shall ensure that its staff shall): (a) perform its obligations under this agreement (including those in relation to the Services) in accordance with: (i) all applicable equality law (whether in relation to race, sex, gender reassignment, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, pregnancy, maternity or otherwise); (ii) IWC’s equality and diversity policy as provided to IHCIC from time to time; and (iii) any other requirements and instructions which IWC reasonably imposes in connection with any equality obligations imposed on IWC at any time under applicable equality law; and 15.3 take all necessary steps, and inform IWC of the steps taken, to prevent unlawful discrimination designated as such by any court or tribunal, or the Equality and Human Rights Commission or (any successor organisation).

EQUALITY DUTIES. 17.1 The Partners acknowledge their respective duties under equality legislation including but not limited to the Equalities Xxx 0000 to eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation and to advance equality of opportunity and xxxxxx good relations between different groups, and that they and Seconded Employees shall not treat one group of people less favourably than others because of any protected characteristic in relation to the provision of the Service or decisions to recruit, train, promote, discipline or dismiss KC staff.
