EQUALITY DUTIES. 20.1 The Partners acknowledge their respective duties under equality legislation to eliminate unlawful discrimination, harassment and victimisation, and to advance equality of opportunity and xxxxxx good relations between different groups.
EQUALITY DUTIES. 9.1 The Partners, employees, or agents shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of any law, enactment, order, or regulation relating to discrimination whether in race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation or otherwise. The Partners shall take all reasonable steps to secure the observance of this clause by all employees, agents and all suppliers and sub-contractors employed in the execution of this Agreement.

EQUALITY DUTIES. 61.1 As a public authority the Customer Authority has a statutory obligation to comply with the public sector equality duty contained in the Equality Xxx 0000.
EQUALITY DUTIES. The Contractor acknowledges that the Authority is subject to those obligations and duties set out in clause 35.1 (Compliance) (the “Equality Duties”) and shall not (and shall procure that its Sub-Contractors shall not) by its or their acts or omissions cause, contribute to or otherwise give rise to a breach by the Authority of the Equality Duties in relation to the Contract.
