Equality Policies and Practices. 4-2.4.1 The Supplier shall introduce and shall procure that any Sub-Contractor shall also introduce and implement an equal opportunities policy in accordance with guidance from and to the satisfaction of the Equality Commission. The Supplier shall review such policies on a regular basis (and shall procure that its Sub-Contractors do likewise) and the Buyer shall be entitled to receive upon request by it a copy of any such policy.
