Equipment and Expenses. ● Employee who borrows agency equipment agrees to protect such equipment in accordance with agency guidelines. State-owned equipment will be serviced and maintained by the agency. By signing this agreement the employee will follow the agency’s instructions for returning the equipment for service and maintenance or upon separation from the Agency. ● If employee provides their own equipment, employee is responsible for servicing and maintaining it. ● Neither the agency nor the state will be liable for damages to an employee’s personal or real property during the performance of assigned work or while using state equipment in the employee’s residence. ● Neither the agency nor the state are obligated to assume responsibility for operating costs, home maintenance, or any other incidental costs (e.g., utilities, Internet Service Provider costs, etc.) in the use of employee homes or other alternate work locations for telework.
Equipment and Expenses. (a) The Bank shall supply Contractor with the equipment and support reasonably necessary to perform the Services under this Agreement, including office space for Xxxxxxxxx at the Bank’s principal office and access to facsimile, telephone, and internet services at such location.
(b) The Bank shall reimburse Contractor for reasonable and documented expenses incurred by Contractor in the performance of the Services, in accordance with the Bank’s normal policies and procedures. Contractor shall not be reimbursed for meal costs while performing the Services at the Bank’s principal office, commuting costs or other expenses associated with the normal performance of the Services at the Bank’s principal office on a daily basis.
Equipment and Expenses. 6.1 The Contractor is expected, at its own expense, to supply any equipment necessary to perform the Services.
6.2 The Company may agree to provide the Contractor with tools and equipment required for the Contractor to carry out the Services. Any provision of tools and equipment will be taken into account when determining the Fee under this Agreement.
6.3 Where provided the Contractor must protect and keep safe and secure any and all tools, equipment, property, documents and other materials provided by the Company to the Contractor.
6.4 Upon the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason, the Contractor must promptly, and without further demand, return to the Company all Company Property which is in the Contractor’s possession or control.
6.5 If the Contractor fails to return Company Property, the Company may withhold all or part of any payments which might otherwise be due to the Contractor until such time that the Company Property is returned.

Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, Reseller is responsible for all costs and expenses of operating Reseller’s office(s) and marketing the Product, including, but not limited to, all overhead costs, supplies, travel, promotional and other expenses, internet access, and charges for long distance phone service and calls relating to Reseller’s performance under this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR agrees that he/she is responsible for all costs and expenses arising from CONTRACTOR's performance of Contracted Services, including, but not limited to, costs related to CONTRACTOR's Personnel (defined below) and Equipment. Except as otherwise required by law, CONTRACTOR assumes all risk of damage or loss to its Equipment.

CONTRACTOR represents that they have or can lawfully acquire all equipment, including vehicles and food thermal bags ("Equipment") necessary for performing Contracted Services, and CONTRACTOR is solely responsible for ensuring that any vehicle used conforms to all vehicle laws pertaining to registration, safety, equipment, inspection, and operational capability.
2. CONTRACTOR agrees that they are responsible for all costs and expenses arising from CONTRACTOR's performance of Contracted Services, including, but not limited to, costs related to CONTRACTOR's Personnel (defined below) and Equipment. Except as otherwise required by law, CONTRACTOR assumes all risk of damage or loss to their Equipment.
Equipment and Expenses. (a) During the Consulting Term, Countrywide shall pay for and/or provide the Consultant with (i) such computer hardware and software, (ii) such access to the Countrywide network, and (iii) such subscriptions and research tools as may be necessary to the Consultant in the performance of his duties under Section 1(b) hereof (the “Consulting Equipment”).
(b) Upon presentation of documentation reasonably acceptable to the Company, the Company shall reimburse the Consultant for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Consultant in connection with the performance of his duties, services and responsibilities hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy in effect from time to time.

(a) The Consultant has purchased or otherwise obtained the Equipment on behalf of the Company to be utilized by the Company in connection with performing the services to be performed by the Consultant hereunder for the use and benefit of the Company. Upon termination of this Contract, the Consultant will continue perpetually to provide the Equipment for the use and benefit of the Company at no cost , except for the expense, if any, of relocating such Equipment, to the Company, regardless of the Consultant's ownership of the Equipment.
(b) The Company shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Consultant in connection with performing the services to be performed by the Consultant hereunder consistent with past practice as it relates to expense and frequency, provided however, that the Consultant shall follow the Company's policies, as such policies exist and may be amended from time to time, for approval of expenses.
