CLOTHING ALLOTMENT. 25.1. The District agrees to select and to provide work clothing and appropriate footwear annually on an as needed basis. The maximum annual allowance for each employee shall be set by the District. Such clothing is to be worn by each employee when he/she is on duty.

A committee consisting of one (1) member of the following Departments: Concord Building Services, Concord-Carlisle Building Services and Maintenance Department and two (2) members from Management. The main charge of this committee is to establish shirt colors and shirt styles for the different units.
25.3. One (1) set of foul weather gear for each building service worker employee will be provided by the Employer. This foul weather gear will be replaced as needed upon proof of need.

This includes foul weather gear and embroidery costs. Such clothing is to be worn by each employee when he/she is on duty.

The main charge of this committee is to establish shirt colors and shirt styles for the different units. The committee will meet any time before May 1st for the next fiscal year.
25.3. One (1) set of foul weather gear for each building service worker employee will be provided by the Employer. This foul weather gear will be replaced as needed upon proof of need.
CLOTHING ALLOTMENT. (a) Clothing orders will be placed once per calendar years as follows:
(1) Each employee shall be issued four station uniform shirts, one belt (without buckle), four station uniform pants, four pairs of black socks, four cotton t-shirts, one station uniform sweatshirt, one tie and one station cap on an annual basis.
(2) Each employee shall be issued one pair of station boots every two years.
(3) Each employee shall be issued a nylon lined jacket, tunic jacket (including applicable hardware), tunic pants, tunic cap, and dress shoes every five years as required.
(b) The clothing issued shall be in accordance to the standard uniform as authorized by the Fire Chief or designate.
(c) In the event that an employee requires extra clothing due to unforeseen circumstances, the Labour Management Committee will review the matter. This clothing will be replaced through the point system.

Once the original issue is made, shirts, pants, and shoes shall be replaced at least every three (3) years; winter and summer coveralls and winter coats shall be replaced at least every five (5) years. In all cases, the old clothing shall be returned to the Employer to be marked "replaced", and then returned to the Employee.
E. The Union will advise the Authority in writing in January and July of any uniform problems.
F. The Authority will respond in writing within fifteen (l5) working days from the date of receipt of such notice.
G. The Authority will replace items it deems necessary within thirty (30) days, or else employee may purchase directly from vendor approved in advance at price approved in advance by the Authority. The Authority will provide necessary written authorization.
H. The Authority will make every reasonable effort to provide safety equipment on a priority basis (such as gloves, work shoes with steel toes, and slush boots).
I. All new employees of the Authority shall receive seven (7) sets of tee shirts, summer shirts and winter long sleeve shirts, long pants and summer shorts.
J. The Authority agrees to provide shirts (i.e. white, if possible) to those employees who do not work in the office which will designate them as having a supervisory capacity. These shirts shall be given out in conformance with Paragraph D of this Article.

M. All new employees of the Authority shall receive five (5) sets of tee shirts, summer shirts and winter long sleeve shirts, long pants and summer shorts.
CLOTHING ALLOTMENT. Employees may wear white uniforms or solid dark colored skirts or pants with a top that can be worn with a cobbler apron. Sturdy laced closed oxford shoes must be worn. Each year during this contract a check for $60 will be sent shortly after the opening of school to each food service employee for purchasing shoes and a solid dark colored skirt or slacks. Cobbler aprons will be provided by the District. This school-furnished apron must be worn by all personnel during serving hours. Truck personnel will be provided with a lightweight jacket for spring and fall wear; coveralls for 13 wearing over their own winter clothes; rubber boots; and heavy-duty gloves.
CLOTHING ALLOTMENT. In accordance with the Company’s polices and procedures, Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s clothing allotment program, with an annual allotment of no less than $10,000.
