Curriculum Equivalencies The following suggested course sequence includes all course requirements for this articulation agreement following admission to the College of Allied Health Sciences BS Respiratory Therapy (Online) program. You should consult with an academic advisor each semester to ensure you maintain appropriate degree progress and are fulfilling all requirements for the agreement. Course sequencing below assumes a fall start date. Equivalence The importing Party shall accept the sanitary and phytosanitary measures of the exporting Party as equivalent, even if these measures differ from its own measures, if the exporting Party objectively demonstrates to the importing Party that its measures achieve the importing Party's appropriate level of sanitary and phytosanitary protection. For this purpose, reasonable access shall be given, upon request, to the importing Party for inspection, testing, and other relevant procedures.
00 - HOURS OF WORK 14.01 The Employer does not guarantee to provide work to any employee for regularly assigned hours or any other hours, except as provided for in Article 18.00. Eight (8) hours shall constitute a normal day of work. The normal hours of work shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for an eight (8) hour day, with one-half or one hour for lunch at the midpoint of the shift. Forty (40) hours shall constitute a normal week's work, Monday through Friday inclusive. Variances beyond one (1) hour of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. shall be agreed mutually between the Employer and the Business Manager. The one (1) hour variance is conditional upon the Employer giving the Union and affected employees appropriate advance notice. If the foregoing starting or quitting times are changed without mutual agreement, applicable overtime rates shall be paid for any time worked before or after the above hours as a result of the change of the times.
Fixed Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt-hour rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Fixed price products may change due to new or modified federal, state or local laws; or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees. 2b. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt-hour rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. If applicable, the Monthly Base Charge may also fluctuate outside of any applicable promotion. After the first month, the price may vary based on a number of factors, including market supply prices, energy capacity prices, settlement costs and other market- related factors, as determined at our discretion, plus estimated total state taxes, fees, charges or other assessments, along with our costs, expenses and profit margins. There is no limit on how much the price may change from one billing cycle to the next. The price can change each billing period. The Customer will not know the price until receiving the bill. A customer may obtain the previous 24 months’ average monthly billed price for the customer’s rate class and service territory at 1.800.746.4702 and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Flexible Hours of Work 19.1 Flexible hours of work, or flextime, is a system designed to provide for the individual preferences and work habits of employees while at the same time ensuring the efficient operation of the Employer's service.

Standard Hours of Work 4.2.1 The standard hours of work shall be defined as regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hours per week or less averaged over each bi-weekly pay period.
Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided.
