Common use of Equivalent Time Off Clause in Contracts

Equivalent Time Off. O.1 Overtime as provided in Article 14.09 of the Collective Agreement, where a full-time nurse chooses equivalent time off, such time off must be taken within one hundred and twenty (120) days from date earned.
