Establishment of a Plan. (a) The Employer and the Union agree to comply with the B.C. Pension Benefits Standards Act.
Establishment of a Plan. The Employer shall establish a group RRSP ("the Plan") for its employees effective November 1, 1989.
Establishment of a Plan. (a) The Employer and the Union are bound by the BC Pension Benefits Standards Act (herein referred to as PBSA) and the provisions of the Income Tax Act.

Establishment of a Plan. It is agreed that the Employer is a contributing employer to the fund of the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan.

The Employer agrees to remain a contributing employer to the Pension Fund of the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan. All eligible employees covered by this agreement shall participate in the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan. Upon application, auxiliary employees who qualify pursuant to Clause 32.1(b) and "eligible" employees who qualify pursuant to Clause 33.2 shall participate in the BC Target Benefit Pension Plan. Employees who are laid off after qualifying to participate in the Plan and who are recalled to work shall receive all the benefits of the Pension Plan effective the date of recall.
