European databases. The competent Swiss authorities shall have access to the European databases established under Article 12 of Directive 98/79/EC, Article 14a of Directive 93/42/EEC, Article 3 of Regulation 920/2013, Article 33 of Regulation 2017/745 and Article 30 of Regulation 2017/746. They shall transmit to the Commission and/or body responsible for managing the databases the data provided for in those Articles collected in Switzerland for entry into the European databases.
