Common use of EVALUATOR QUALIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

EVALUATOR QUALIFICATIONS. All assigned evaluators shall receive training in the evaluation processes they have been assigned to conduct that are contained in Article IV of this Agreement and related appendices. Upon request, the District shall provide the Association, within ten (10) days, the dates and a summary of the content of the most recent training that each evaluator has completed. No teacher shall be evaluated by an evaluator who has not received training in observation, evaluation, the appropriate forms for each process, and the instructional framework and rubrics contained in this Agreement and any relevant state requirements.
