Common use of Evenings Clause in Contracts

Evenings. A nurse who works the second shift, including four (4) or more hours after 1500 hours, shall be paid a shift differential for all hours worked after 1500 hours of $2.35 per hour.

Evenings. A nurse who works the second shift, including four (4) three or more 15 hours after 1500 hours, shall be paid a shift differential for all hours worked after 16 1500 hours of $2.35 2.80 per hour. Effective July 1, 2022 the evening shift differential 17 will increase to $3.00.

Evenings. A nurse who works the second shift, including three (3) four (4) or more hours after 1500 hours, shall be paid a shift differential for all hours worked after 1500 hours of $2.35 2.80 $ $2.50 per hour. Effective 7/1/2022, the evening shift differential will increase to $3.00.

Evenings. A nurse who works the second shift, including four (4) three or 6 more hours after 1500 hours, shall be paid a shift differential for all hours worked 7 after 1500 hours of $2.35 2.80 per hour. Effective July 1, 2022 the evening shift 8 differential will increase to $3.00.
