Nights. A nurse who works the third shift, including four (4) or more hours after 2300 hours, shall be paid a shift differential for all hours worked after 2300 hours of $4.70 per hour. A nurse, after twelve (12) continuous months as a nurse, shall be paid a night shift differential for all hours worked after 2300 hours of $6.90 per hour.

Nights. The method of calculation of the Swap Fees varies according to the type of FX/CFD to which it applies. Moreover, the amount of the Swap Fees will vary as it is linked to rates such as LIBOR. The Swap Fees will be credited or debited (as appropriate) to Customer’s account on the next trading day following the day to which it relates. The Company reserves the right to change the method of calculating the Swap Fees, the rates used and/or the types of FX/CFDs to which the Swap Fees applies. For certain types of FX/CFDs, a commission is payable by Customer to open and close FX/CFD positions. Such payable commission will be debited from Customer’s account at the same time as the Company opens or closes the relevant FX/CFD. Changes in our Swap Fees and calculations shall be at our own discretion and without notice. Clients need to always check our website for the then current rates charged. Rates may change quickly due to market conditions (changes in volatility, liquidity etc.) and due to various risk related matters that are at the firm's sole discretion.
Nights. Guests are also responsible for utilities for the duration of this stay, both electricity and gas. The fee is based on actual usage/ meter reading from the duration of your stay and includes pool and/ or spa heating. Utility Fee is due upon checkout and paid directly to 365 Vacation Rentals. 1. Rental Party must provide their own adults currently certified, age appropriate in First Aid and CPR/AED, who are responsible for Health needs of the group. Groups are responsible for providing their own First-Aid supplies and equipment.
2. Rental Party is responsible for gathering and maintaining information on all members of the group that includes Names, Address, Emergency Contact Names and Numbers, and any Allergies, Health Conditions/Restrictions, or Medications.
3. Group leaders are responsible to inform camp of any allergies or restrictions of their group that may affect camp services provided (e.g., food service, program activities, etc.).
4. Wasewagan advises user groups to Background Check their participants before allowing them to work with children.
5. Camp Wasewagan requires Liability and Medical Insurance for all user groups.
6. Rental Party is responsible for the storage and administration of the medications of their group both over the counter and prescribed. These medications should be stored under lock except when in the controlled possession of the person responsible for administering the medications.
