Examination of Work Site. The Contractor acknowledges that it has, by careful examination, satisfied itself as to the nature and location of the Work, the conformation of the ground conditions, the character, quality and quantity of the materials, equipment, supplies, machinery, and facilities needed preliminary to and during the performance of the Work, the general and local conditions, and all other matters which can in any way affect the Work.

Examination of Work Site. Subcontractor has thoroughly examined the site of the work, the general contract and all plans and specifications and addenda thereto, from beginning to end, with the understanding that Subcontractor’s particular branch of work may be scattered throughout different parts of the plans and specifications; it being the prime purpose of the agreement to provide for the entire performance and completion of this Subcontractor’s particular branch of subcontract work.
Examination of Work Site. Contractor agrees that the Contract Price specified in paragraph 15 of this Agreement is based upon Contractors examination of the work site and that it will make no claim for additional compensation or the extension oftime for performance ifthe conditions encountered differ from those anticipated by such examination, unless such a claim is based upon conditions at the work site, or omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in the Contract Documents, which Contractor can show could not have been discovered in the exercise ofreasonable care prior to the submission ofthe Contract Price.

  • Inspection of Work It is FIRST PARTY's obligation to make the work product available for CITY's inspections and periodic reviews upon request by CITY.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Completion of Works Buildings will be considered complete on the issue of the City’s Certificate of Occupancy. Other structures will be considered complete on the issue of the Company’s engineers notification of the completion of construction, and by the City’s certification.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • Work Site Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.

  • Prosecution of Work FIRST PARTY will employ a sufficient staff to prosecute the work diligently and continuously and will complete the work in accordance with the schedule of work approved by the CITY. (See Exhibit "A," Scope of Services).

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.
