Admission Procedure. Each Person shall be admitted as an Additional Member at the time such Person (i) executes a joinder agreement to this Agreement, (ii) makes Capital Contributions (if any) to the Company in an amount to be determined by the Board, (iii) complies with the applicable Board resolution, if any, with respect to such admission, (iv) is issued Units (if any) by the Company and (v) is named as a Member in Schedule A (as described in Section 12.2) hereto. The Board is authorized to amend Schedule A to reflect any issuance of Units and any such admission and any actions pursuant to this Section 3.6.
Admission Procedure. No Person shall be admitted as a Member unless such Person executes, acknowledges, and delivers to the Company such instruments as the Manager may deem necessary or advisable to effect the admission of such Person as an Additional Member, including, without limitation, the written acceptance and adoption by such Person of the provisions of this Agreement, the power of attorney in the form or containing the provision of authority provided in Exhibit A, pertinent tax information, as well as any amendments to this Agreement. The Additional Member must also pay any costs (including attorneys’ fees) necessitated by the admission of such Additional Member. The Manager shall update the books and records of the Company from time to time, to reflect the admission of any Additional Member (or shall cause the Transfer Agent to do so, as applicable). Notwithstanding the foregoing, prospective Members may not be accepted into the Company except in the sole discretion of the Manager.
Admission Procedure. Parents following the Admissions procedure are requested to provide as much information as possible to Amity. Parents must provide any individual educational plans, medical and psychological reports to Amity to enable assessment and appropriate provision. Amity collates all of the information from reports and teacher reference forms, and where necessary a further assessment may take place.

Details regarding the individual steps are stated on the website for FH Kufstein Tirol. A waiting list is created in case of a large number of qualified applicants. It is based on a ranking sequence determined after the conclusion of the admission procedure.

2. Even if you have applied for long-term visitor membership with a procedure above, the membership may not be accepted as a result of the examination conducted by this gym. The examination method, examination process, and contents of the examination will not be disclosed.
3. Long-term visitor members shall respond promptly when they are asked to show identification information, such as identification card, at the time of admission or entering this gym. If the member does not respond to the request, this gym may prohibit the use of the gym‘s facilities. Even in this case, the member should pay the expenses specified in Article 7 (1).
4. If you are a minor, unless specifically permitted by this gym, you should apply by online procedure after obtaining the consent of the parent or guardian. In this case, the parent or guardian shall bear the responsibility as a member in accordance with this membership agreement regardless of whether he / she is a member or not.
Admission Procedure. (a) An Assignee who is not a signatory to this Agreement may be admitted to the Company as a substituted Member (a “Substituted Member”) only upon furnishing to the Board: (i) a counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and (ii) such other documents or instruments as may be necessary or appropriate to effect such Person’s admission as a Substituted Member and to confirm the agreement of the Substituted Member to be bound by all the terms and provisions of this Agreement with respect to the Membership Interest acquired. Such admission shall become effective on the date on which the Board determines that such conditions have been satisfied.
(b) A direct Transfer of a Membership Interest shall be effective as of the date of assignment and compliance with the conditions to such Transfer hereunder and otherwise and such Transfer thereafter shall be shown on the books and records of the Company. Profits, losses and other Company items shall be allocated between the Transferor and the Transferee in accordance with Section 6.07. Distributions made before the effective date of such Transfer shall be paid to the Transferor, and distributions made after such date shall be paid to the Transferee.
(c) The Transferor of a Membership Interest shall pay, or reimburse the Company for, all costs reasonably incurred by the Company in connection with the Transfer promptly after the receipt by such Transferor of the Company’s invoice for the amount due.

Pursuant to Section 3.2, the Company shall promptly amend Schedule A to reflect any issuance of Units and any such admission and any actions pursuant to this Section 3.9.
