Examples of the co-operation and assistance we require. You must co-operate with the School and School staff in good faith, including by:
9.2.1 maintaining a constructive relationship with School staff (including where the School is exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this contract and including in the tone, content, volume and/or nature of your communications with the School);
9.2.2 encouraging your child in his or her studies, and giving appropriate support at home;
9.2.3 keeping the School up-to-date and informed of matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the fees and supplemental charges for your child);
9.2.4 ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to them) are not withheld;
9.2.5 providing cooperation and assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education; and
9.2.6 attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require.

(iii) Keeping the School up-to-date and informed of matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the fees and supplemental charges for your child).
(iv) Ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to it) are not withheld.
(v) Providing cooperation and assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education (including where the School may wish/need to provide such education remotely); and
(vi) Attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require.

9.2.4 keeping the School up-to-date and informed of matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the fees and supplemental charges for your child);
9.2.5 ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to them) are not withheld;
9.2.6 providing cooperation and assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education; and
9.2.7 attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require.

9.2.5 providing cooperation and assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education;
9.2.6 attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require;
9.2.7 ensuring your child’s participation in School sports takes precedence over commitments to sports and other clubs outside the School. Any waiver of this requirement shall be at the sole discretion of the Head following the Parents' written request; and
9.2.8 ensuring that your child attends School punctually every day that School is in session unless you have provided a legally valid reason why s/he is unable to do so, for example because s/he is unwell, or you have received authorisation from the Head that s/he may be absent, for example to take part in a sports fixture arranged by a body other than School.

9.2.1 maintaining a constructive relationship with School staff, acting reasonably, and ensuring the tone, content, volume and/or nature of your communications with the School and other parents of Rokeby boys regarding school matters are reasonable and appropriate;
9.2.2 encouraging your child in his or her studies, and giving appropriate support at home;
9.2.3 keeping the School up-to-date and informed about matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the fees and supplemental charges for your child, as well as any changes to their immigration status);
9.2.4 ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to them) are not withheld;
9.2.5 providing cooperation and assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education including where the School may wish and/or need to provide education remotely; and
9.2.6 attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require.
Examples of the co-operation and assistance we require. You must co-operate with the School and School staff in good faith, including by:
9.2.1 maintaining a constructive relationship with School staff, acting reasonably, and ensuring the tone, content, volume and/or nature of your communications with the School are reasonable and appropriate;
9.2.2 encouraging your child in his or her studies, giving appropriate support at home, and ensuring your child attends school;
9.2.3 keeping the School up-to-date and informed about matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the fees and supplemental charges for your child, as well as any changes to their immigration status, and information relating to your child’s health or special educational needs or medical conditions – including, in each case, any relevant documents or evidence);
9.2.4 ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (which may include information relating to your child’s health or special educational needs or medical conditions), or changes to any of them, are not withheld and are shared in a timely and transparent manner;
9.2.5 engaging with the School in a cooperative and transparent manner and providing assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education;
9.2.6 supporting the School in respect of our obligations as a sponsor of student visas; and
9.2.7 attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require.
Examples of the co-operation and assistance we require. You must co-operate with the School and School staff in good faith, and including in particular by:
9.3.1 maintaining a courteous and constructive relationship with School staff, acting reasonably, and ensuring the tone, content, volume and/or nature of your communications with the School are reasonable and appropriate;
9.3.2 supporting your child's adherence to the School Policies and encouraging your child in his studies, and giving appropriate support at home;
9.3.3 keeping the School up-to-date and informed about matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the Fees and Extras for your child, as well as any changes to their immigration status);
9.3.4 ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to them) are not withheld;
9.3.5 providing cooperation and assistance to the School so that your child can participate and benefit from the School's provision of education (including where the School may wish/need to provide such education remotely);
9.3.6 attending meetings and otherwise keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require; and
9.3.7 where your child has been diagnosed with specific learning difficulties before he joins as a pupil of the School (and such diagnosis has not been disclosed to the School via the Online Entry Form or otherwise prior to or at the time when you signed the Final Acceptance Form), you must provide us with details as soon as reasonably possible.

(a) maintaining a constructive relationship with School staff, acting reasonably, and ensuring the tone, content, volume and/or nature of your communications with the School are reasonable and appropriate;
(b) encouraging your child in his or her studies, and giving appropriate support at home, and ensuring your child attends school;
(c) keeping the School up-to-date and informed of matters which affect or may affect your child (including circumstances which arise at any time that affect or may affect your ability to pay the fees and supplemental charges, any changes to their immigration status and information relating to your child’s health or special educational needs or medical conditions);
(d) ensuring that all details or other information notified or otherwise disclosed to the School about you and/or your child are accurate, truthful and not misleading and that relevant details and information (or changes to it) are not withheld and are shared in a timely and transparent manner;
(e) engaging with the School in a cooperative and transparent manner and providing assistance to the School so that your child can participate in, and benefit from, the School's provision of education; and
(f) attending meetings and keeping in touch with the School where your child's interests so require.
