Exchanged Day Assignment. Unit members who are assigned to a year-round site may elect to participate in exchanged day assignment(s). A unit member who is "off" track may exchange the assignment of a unit member who is "on" track for a period of not less than three (3), nor more than seven (7) consecutive days. In order to participate in an exchanged day assignment, the following criteria shall be met: 1. The parties to the exchanged day assignment shall be assigned to the same site. 2. No cost to the District shall result from such exchange. 3. Approval for such an assignment must be obtained from the site administrator at least twenty-five (25) days prior to the first day of the exchanged assignment. 4. The parties to the exchanged day assignment must sign a written agreement for “pay back” of any days so exchanged under this section. 5. All approved exchanged days shall be completed within the same school year. Unit members assigned to Special Education programs may participate in exchanged days with other unit members at any site, with verification of like credentials. Approval must be obtained from the Senior Director of Special Education Services/SELPA, in consultation with the site administrator(s).

  • Purchase by Assignee The Assignee reserves the right to bid for the property whether by itself or its agent or the Auctioneer (without payment of any deposit whatsoever). In the event the Assignee is declared the Purchaser, then the purchase price or so much as is applicable shall be set off against the indebtedness owing to the Assignee under the loan and security documentation on the date of sale, plus costs and expenses for the sale or incidental thereto.

  • Shift Assignment Should the University elect to establish a shift on any other schedule than the regular day shift (Monday through Friday) or to assign employees to work on any such shift, the employee(s) with the most seniority in the classification affected or to be assigned on such shift shall have preference in moving to such shift. If an insufficient number of employees in the classification elect to move to such shift, then the employee(s) with the least seniority in the classification shall be assigned to such shift. If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.

  • Sale and Assignment On the terms and conditions set forth herein, effective on and as of the Assignment Date, the Assignor hereby sells, assigns and transfers to the Assignee, and the Assignee hereby purchases and assumes from the Assignor, all of the right, title and interest of the Assignor in and to, and all of the obligations of the Assignor in respect of, the Assigned Interest.   • Assignment/Transfer The Credit (or a portion thereof as earned) under this Agreement may be assigned to an “Affiliated Corporation” in accordance with RTC section 23663. As stated in RTC section 23689(i)(1), this Agreement shall not restrict, broaden, or alter the ability of Taxpayer to assign the Credit in accordance with RTC section 23663. In order to transfer this Agreement as a result of a sale or merger, prior written consent of GO- Biz must be obtained or the transfer will be void. Such transfer shall be permitted if GO-Biz determines that the transfer would further the purposes of the CCTC program and benefit California. Prior to GO-Biz consenting to the transfer, the new entity must disclose to GO-Biz the number of California full-time employees it employed at the time of acquisition or merger and any other information GO-Biz requests that applicants for a CCTC provide pursuant to a CCTC application.

  • Delegation; Assignment PFPC may assign its rights and delegate its duties hereunder to any wholly-owned direct or indirect subsidiary of PNC Bank, National Association or PNC Bank Corp., provided that (i) PFPC gives the Fund thirty (30) days' prior written notice; (ii) the delegate (or assignee) agrees with PFPC and the Fund to comply with all relevant provisions of the 1940 Act; and (iii) PFPC and such delegate (or assignee) promptly provide such information as the Fund may request, and respond to such questions as the Fund may ask, relative to the delegation (or assignment), including (without limitation) the capabilities of the delegate (or assignee).
