Areas of Evaluation a. The degree of effectiveness of performance of each employee being considered for retention, promotion, or tenure will be evaluated in the areas of teaching/performance of primary duties, research/creative activity, and service. Teaching/performance of primary duties will be considered the most important of the three areas of evaluation.

Professional Development and Service to the College should be included in an Employee's evaluation plan at least once in a three year period.
