EXECUTION OF REQUEST. 1. The requested Customs Administration shall take all reasonable measures to execute the request and, if required, shall initiate any official or judicial measure necessary to carry out the request. The requested Customs Administration shall proceed, within the limits of its competence and available resources, as though it were acting on its own account.
