Common use of Exercise of Seniority Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Seniority. (2000) An employee who does not exercise their seniority as per article 14.2 will be considered to be on lay-off as per the provisions of Article 14.

Exercise of Seniority. (20001999) An employee who does not exercise their his/her seniority as per article 14.2 15.2 will be considered to be on lay-off as per the provisions of Article 1415.
