EXHIBIT B INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. The University requires outside parties who will be performing work or providing services to the University, or those using University facilities to provide evidence of certain types of insurance coverage at specified minimum limits. In most instances, outside parties are required to name the University as an additional insured and to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before commencing work or before using a University facility.

Before commencing Work under this bid, the Professional shall furnish the City with certificates of insurance showing the type, amount, class of operations covered, effective dates and date of expiration of policies, and containing substantially the following statement: “The insurance evidenced by this Certificate will not reduce coverage or limits and will not be cancelled, except after thirty (30) days written notice has been received by the City of Fort Xxxxxxx.” In case of the breach of any provision of the Insurance Requirements, the City, at its option, may take out and maintain, at the expense of the Professional, such insurance as the City may deem proper and may deduct the cost of such insurance from any monies which may be due or become due the Professional under this Agreement. The City, its officers, agents and employees shall be named as additional insureds on the Professional 's general liability and automobile liability insurance policies for any claims arising out of Work performed under this Agreement.
EXHIBIT B INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. Contractor shall not commence work under this Agreement until required insurance certificate has been submitted to the requesting Project Manager. Certificates of insurance shall be issued by an insurer with an A M Best rating of A-VII or better, unless otherwise approved by District Risk Manager. Such certificate shall evidence all coverages and limits required by District in this Agreement and shall specify that insurers will give District thirty (30) days prior written notice of non-renewal or cancellation.
