EXHIBITOR MANUAL. NCSI may distribute to Vendors a hard-copy or electronic version of our Exhibitor’s Manual. Alternatively, NCSI may publish an Exhibitor Resources page on the event’s website. In either case, all applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations and policies set forth in the aforementioned documents shall hereby be incorporated herein and made a part hereof. NCSI reserves the right at any time to alter, change or modify any provision of these documents and the Vendor agrees to be bound by such alteration, change or modification.

EXHIBITOR MANUAL. Each CES venue may have a customized and detailed exhibitor manual to guide exhibitors. Exhibitor agrees to review the manual(s) applicable to its booth location and abide by the rules set forth therein including Show Rules & Regulations, Las Vegas Fire Safety Regulations, Show Work Rules, and the EAC process. Exhibitor may also locate general show information and resources from the exhibitor manual.
EXHIBITOR MANUAL. 13.1. The Organiser shall provide to the Exhibitor and all other Exhibitors an Exhibitor Manual before the opening day of the Exhibition which shall contain specific regulations with regard to the manner and conduct of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor (and any contractors retained by it) agrees to abide by any relevant provisions contained within the Exhibition Manual. Failure to do so will be a breach of this Agreement. 13.2. The detail of the Exhibition Manual may vary from exhibition to exhibition. An example of regulations drawn up for a previous exhibition is available on request from the Organiser. 13.3. The Authorities and the owner of the Venue may also impose certain requirements or regulations with regard to the Exhibition. These requirements may relate, for example, to health and safety, trading standards, procedures relating to emergencies, access to the Venue and parking. The Exhibitor agrees that it and any contractors retained by it will comply with any such regulations or requirements. If the Organiser has reason to believe that the Exhibitor is in material breach (which shall include the Authorities informing the Organiser that the Exhibitor is in material breach) of any such regulations and/or requirements the Exhibitor shall be in material breach of this Agreement.
EXHIBITOR MANUAL. Prior to the Event, GFE will e-mail the Exhibitor Manual to the “Event Contact” listed on the contract. The Exhibitor Manual will include information integral to participation at the Expo, including but not limited to: additional exhibitor rules and regulations, official contractor order forms, registration, shipping, utilities and building services, exhibitor display rules, and move-in, move-out schedules.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.
