EXHIBITS AND PUBLIC POLICY. Exhibitor is charged with knowledge of all Federal, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety, while participating in this Show. Compliance with such laws is mandatory for Exhibitor, and the sole responsibility is that of Exhibitor. Show Management and service contractors have no re- sponsibility pertaining to the compliance with laws as to public policy as far as individual Exhibi- tor’s space, materials and operation is concerned. Exhibitors with questions regarding such laws, ordinances, and regulations should contact Show Management. All booth decorations including carpet must be flame-proofed, and all hangings must clear the floor. Electrical wiring must con- form with National Electric Code Safety Rules and the electrical code in Maryland. If inspection indicates that Exhibitor has neglected to comply with these regulations, or otherwise incurs fire hazard, the right is reserved to remove all or such part of his exhibit as may be in violation, at Exhibitor’s expense. If unusual equipment or machinery is to be installed, or if appliances that might come under fire code are to be used, Exhibitor should contact the Show Management for information concerning facilities or regulations. City and state fire regulations must be complied with. Use of hazardous materials, such as open flame or liquid propane gas, must be approved by the local Fire Department.

Electrical wiring must conform with OSHA National Electric Code Safety Rules and the local electrical code. If inspection indicates that Exhibitor has neglected to comply with these regulations, or otherwise incurs fire hazard, the right is reserved to remove all or such part of his exhibit as may be in violation, at Exhibitor’s expense. If unusual equipment or machinery is to be installed, or appliances that might come under fire code are to be used, Exhibitor should contact the Show Management for information concerning facilities or regulations. No part of the building shall be defaced in any manner, nor shall signs or other articles be posted, nailed, taped or otherwise affixed to any pillars, doors, walls, or other parts of the building.
EXHIBITS AND PUBLIC POLICY. Each Exhibitor is charged with the responsibility for knowledge of, and shall comply in all respects with, all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations while participating in the Show. Exhibitor’s compliance with such laws is mandatory and the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. All Exhibits must conform to the rules and regulations of the Fire Department having local jurisdiction. In the event of conflict between these rules and regulations, those set forth in the Exhibitor Manual, and the requirements of authorized agencies or the Convention Center, the requirements of the authorized agencies and Convention Center will control this contract.
EXHIBITS AND PUBLIC POLICY a.) Exhibitor agrees to comply with all labor rules and jurisdictions as outlined in the Exhibitor Services Kit. b.) Exhibitors bringing large machinery must complete the Machinery Notification Form located within the Exhibitor Services Kit. The Service Contractor can then determine building access points and floor loads. Without this form, we cannot guarantee machinery access to the Exhibit Hall or qualification for sliding machinery material handling rates. c.) Exhibitor is charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fi re prevention and public safety while participating in this exposition. Compliance with such laws is mandatory for all exhibitors and the sole responsibility is that of the exhibitor. Should an exhibitor have any questions as to the application of such laws, ordinances and regulations to his/her exhibit or display, the Brewers Association will endeavor to answer such questions. Early attention to such details may save the exhibitor time and money. d.) Exhibitors planning to give away sample-size food must receive prior approval from the host venue. Small sample size items such as individually wrapped candy bars, mints or gum may be approved by the venue. Any product that is prepared on site or served unwrapped must be prepared and served by the venue and venue approved staff. No beer sampling is allowed at exhibitor booths. Beer sampling is ONLY allowed only at sponsored beer stations (for information, contact Xxxxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) . No exceptions will be made to this policy. e.) All demonstrations, promotional activities, and distribution of circulars, catalogs, or other promotional materials must be confined within the limits of the exhibit booth(s) in the exhibit areas. The playing of loud music, videos, films, or the like, or any other loud or distracting activity that could be objectionable or disturbing to neighboring exhibitors and/or attendees is prohibited. Interpretation of what constitutes objectionable activities lies solely with the Show Organizer (Brewers Association Show Manager).
