Expanded Service. Members requiring or desiring expanded Network Services that may impact the Network must submit these requests in writing to the Executive Director. Examples of such expanded services include, without limitation, requests to: (1) add sites to the Network; (2) to increase system performance or coverage; or (3) to implement a Network upgrade in order to receive a new feature. Criteria for expanded services will be evaluated by the process set forth in 2.1.5.1. Such services shall be approved, if at all, by the Board.

Expanded Service. In addition to Preferred Service, the Company may provide to individual residents certain optional services, including but not limited to, additional connections and pay television services ("Expanded Service"). Expanded Service will be addressed in separate agreements with individual unit residents. The Owner assumes no liability or responsibility for Expanded Service charges contracted for by individual residents. The Company will be solely responsible for all xxxxxxxx and collections for Expanded Service charges contracted for by individual residents. In addition, throughout the term of this Agreement and any renewals thereof and upon the Owner’s request, the Company will also provide Expanded Service to one thousand sixty (1060) outlet(s) in one thousand sixty (1060) units pursuant to a bulk xxxx addendum between the Owner and the Company. Any such bulk xxxx addendum shall contain those terms, conditions, charges and fees regarding Expanded Service that are mutually acceptable to the Owner and the Company.

  • EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions.   • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings.   • Covered Services Services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement may involve the performance of trade work covered by the provisions of Section 6.22(e) [Prevailing Wages] of the Administrative Code or Section 21C [Miscellaneous Prevailing Wage Requirements] (collectively, “Covered Services”). The provisions of Section 6.22(e) and 21C of the Administrative Code are incorporated as provisions of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and will apply to any Covered Services performed by Contractor and its subcontractors.

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Length of Work Year 1. The length of the work year for custodians, accountants, (excluding school lunch accountant), personnel specialist, maintenance, maintenance helpers, mechanics, purchasing coordinator, county receptionist, warehouse and property records coordinator shall be twelve months.
