Explosives Production. (EP) Allowance (Mulwala) An Explosives Production Allowance (EP Allowance) shall be paid to eligible employees. An allowance (as set out in item 1.2 of Appendix A) shall be paid per fortnight to production employees in classification levels 12 to 4 inclusive. Employees in receipt of the EP Allowance will not be entitled to any disability and/or Special Rates (Clause 35: 2009 Agreement) payments, with the exception of Asbestos Materials, that may otherwise have been payable. The EP Allowance will be paid for all paid leave, Public Holidays and ordinary hours worked. It will not be paid on overtime, and will be reduced on a pro-rata basis for multiples of eight (8) hours where leave without pay occurs in any fortnight. It will not be paid as an allowance while on compensation, but will be included in calculations to determine average pay over the period prior to proceeding on compensation. The provisions of this clause will not apply to Production Employees in the Administrative (including Stores), Laboratories, Trade Support or Land-care Teams, nor to Manufacturing Assistant, Manufacturing (Technical) or Manufacturing Supervisory classifications.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.

  • Pesticides In accordance with Section 17-1209 of the Administrative Code, to the extent that the Contractor or any Subcontractor applies pesticides to any property owned or leased by the City, the Contractor and any Subcontractor shall comply with Chapter 12 of the Administrative Code.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.

  • Production Lessee shall, subject to applicable laws, regulations and orders, operate and produce all xxxxx upon the leased land so long as the same are capable of producing in paying quantities, and shall operate the same so as to produce at a rate commensurate with the rate of production of xxxxx on adjoining lands within the same field and within the limits of good engineering practice, except for such times as there exist neither market nor storage therefore, and except for such limitations on, or suspensions of, production as may be approved in writing by Lessor. Lessee shall be responsible for adequate site security on all producing properties.

  • Recycled Products The Provider shall procure any recycled products or materials, which are the subject of or are required to carry out this Contract, in accordance with the provisions of sections 403.7065, F.S.

  • TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.

  • Asbestos Any material that contains more than one percent asbestos and is friable or is releasing asbestos fibers into the air above current action levels established by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
