EXPORT, RESTRICTED RIGHTS. 22.1 Xerox shall not export, re-export or transfer, whether directly or indirectly, Software, to any person or company who is a legal resident or is controlled by a legal resident of any proscribed country listed in the U.S. Export Administration regulations (or any equivalent thereof) unless properly authorized by the U.S. Government.

The Good Software and documentation may not be downloaded, distributed, or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into, or to a national or resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any country to which the U.S. at any time has embargoed goods or trade restrictions; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons, Denied Entities, and Unverified List. The Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R.
