Express Check Stand. Employees will not be required to work in the express check stand or a self checkout for longer than four (4) hours in any one (1) day except in the case of an emergency or by mutual agreement between the employee and the Employer. There will be a five (5) minute leeway to complete the order of a customer and/or the transfer of the cash register to another employee.

Express Check Stand. Employees will not be required to work in the express check stand for longer than four (4) hours in any one day except in the case of an emergency. There will be a five (5) minute leeway to complete the order of a customer and/or the transfer of the cash register to another employee. No employee will be assigned to an automated checkstand more than six hours in any one day except by mutual agreement between the employee and the Company. The Company agrees to meet upon request to discuss issues relating to accommodation in and access to this area. The Company will schedule full-time employees two (2) consecutive days off OR once every four (4) weeks, except in the week of a General Holiday. The Company shall schedule full-time employees an equal number of or combinations off (minimum of four (4) combinations) over the year providing the employee is desirous of same. Should a full-time employee prefer to have some other days off at the time he would normally be scheduled for two (2) consecutive days off, as set out above, the employee shall advise the Company, in writing, by Thursday of the preceding week and, in such an event, the employee will forfeit his two (2) consecutive days off in that four

  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT A. The University and the student will complete and sign a room inventory of occupied space, including the number and condition of furnishings and the condition of premises assigned to the student. This checklist will be completed again at the end of the student’s occupancy and will serve as the basis for determining billable damages to the room and furnishings. The University may require an interim inventory to be completed prior to the end of the student’s occupancy if the University has reason to believe that removal of the furnishings or substantial damage to the premises or property has occurred. Check-outs will occur, barring approval from University Housing, within 48 hours of the actionable event (i.e. Last final of the semester, withdrawal, etc.). Check-outs not occurring within the prescribed time period without the approval of University Housing will be considered an “Improper Check-Out” and will be subject to a $25 fee and any applicable lock and key replacement costs.

Your responses to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will dictate whether TIPS can list this awarded contract as viable to be considered for a federal fund purchase. Failure to certify all requirements labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will mean that your contract is listed as not viable for the receipt of federal funds. However, it will not prevent award. If you do enter into a TIPS Sale when you are accepting federal funds, the contract between you and the TIPS Member will likely require these same certifications.
