Extended Illness (EI) Sample Clauses

Extended Illness (EI). Upon termination or retirement immediately following five complete years of active employment in a continuous period of employment with the Port of Seattle, qualified employees shall be compensated, as described below, for 50% of their unused EI leave at their rate of pay at termination.
