Common use of Extension of Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Extension of Hours of Work. An Employer may request, but not require, an Employee working part-time under this subclause to work outside or in excess of the Employee’s ordinary hours of duty provided for in accordance with clause 31.15.7.
