Extension of the Workday Overtime. Extensions of the Workday shall be paid at time and one-half (1½) and will apply if the extension of the work day is officially ordered and approved and the Employee is called to duty within thirty (30) minutes prior to regularly scheduled work or is called to duty within thirty (30) minutes following regularly scheduled work. Extension of workday overtime is not subject to the two (2) hour minimum and shall be computed based on actual time worked.

Extension of the Workday Overtime. Extension of the workday overtime shall apply if an employee is officially ordered and the employee is called to duty within thirty (30) minutes before regularly scheduled work. within thirty (30) minutes after regularly scheduled work. Scheduled Overtime: Scheduled overtime is defined as work outside of and in addition to an employee’s regularly scheduled work period which is scheduled more than twelve (12) hours before the start of scheduled work by the Police Chief or designee when such work exceeds the eighty (80) hour threshold in a fourteen (14) day work period. Such work is not subject to the two (2) hour minimum.

  • SUSPENSION OF THE WORK 1. The State, at any time, may suspend all or any part of the services of the Engineer. In such event, the Engineer shall be given notice of such suspension in writing by registered or certified mail to the Engineer's address as furnished to the State for purposes of receiving notices under this contract, by email to the Engineer’s email address as furnished to the State for the purpose of notices, by facsimile transmission telecopy (fax) to the Engineer’s fax number as furnished to the State for the purpose of notices, or by hand delivery.

  • Extension of Term Provided Exporter's goods and services are in demand and Exporter is processing sales generating Transaction Fees, as set forth in Section 6, within fifteen (15) years from the Effective Date, Exporter shall have an option to (a) continue with its membership under Section 2 at no additional fee, or (b) option of developing single point of sales, distribution, networking, and logistics facilities separate and distinct from AmericaTowne for a mutually agreeable reduced rate, which shall be agreed upon in writing prior to thirty (30) days from the termination of fifteen (15) years from the Effective Date. The Exporter has the option of choosing option (b) above at its discretion.

  • Extension of Sick Leave Unless an employee otherwise requests in writing, an employee who has used up her sick leave credits shall be granted advanced sick leave with pay for a period up to fifteen (15) days subject to the deduction of such advanced leave from any sick leave credits subsequently earned.

  • Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Cost of the Work § 6.1 For purposes of this Agreement, the Cost of the Work shall be the total cost to the Owner to construct all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect and shall include contractors’ general conditions costs, overhead and profit. The Cost of the Work also includes the reasonable value of labor, materials, and equipment, donated to, or otherwise furnished by, the Owner. The Cost of the Work does not include the compensation of the Architect; the costs of the land, rights-of-way, financing, or contingencies for changes in the Work; or other costs that are the responsibility of the Owner.
