Extent of the License. The sub licenser grants the sub licensee the use of the sub licensers Combined MRA Xxxx according to § 1 only in combination with the registration number of the sub licensee’s accreditation – hereinafter called “Laboratory Combined MRA Xxxx” – on test reports, calibration certificates, pre-printed letterhead, quotations for work, advertisements, websites and other documents in order to demonstrate accreditation by a signatory of the ILAC Arrangement. The Laboratory Combined MRA Xxxx shall be used according to the example shown below using the same proportions: Xxxx which accredited laboratories are entitled to use Registration No. The sub licensee is obliged to present its Laboratory Combined MRA Xxxx to the sub licenser and shall not use it until receipt of written approval from the sub licenser.
Extent of the License. (1) Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensed Software and User Documentation are being licensed, not sold, to Licensee by Licensor. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, except as expressly licensed herein, Licensor, its affiliates, and/or licensors own and retain all right, title and interest in and to (i) the Licensed Software and User Documentation, including without limitation all copies, improvements, modifications (now or hereafter resulting from the efforts of Licensor, Licensee, or any other person, working together or alone), (ii) all of the service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans or any other designations associated with the Licensed Software and User Documentation, and (iii) all copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, intellectual property rights, and other proprietary rights relating to the Licensed Software and/or User Documentation and any improvements, ((i)-(iii) collectively, the "Intellectual Property").
Extent of the License. If the Licensee is granted the Outsourcing License, the Licensee is entitled to provide services through the use of the Licensed Software to third parties, but only to such third parties which are listed in the License Certificate.
Extent of the License. 3.2.1 The right to use the API Technology and API Specification shall be on an exclusive basis within the Field and within the Territory as set forth in the Agreement. XXXX shall not appoint any other manufacturer or licensee for manufacturing of API. However, for the avoidance of doubts, XXXX shall have the right to continue produce API on its own for commercial purpose.
Extent of the License. The access and the use of the SaaS Service are reserved to the Licensee and to its Users. The license to use the Software granted to the Licensee is temporary, non-exclusive, personal, non-assignable and non-transferable. This right is granted to the Licensee for the use of the SaaS Service exclusively for the duration of the License, for the agreed number of authorized Users as defined in the Commercial Offer or the Public Contract. All the elements related to the Software are and remain the exclusive property of SMAPPEN. The Licensee and/or its Users do not acquire any other right on the Software than those which are expressly granted under the terms of the License. The rights of use granted to the Licensee are strictly limited to the access, to the display, to the printing, to the reproduction on all supports and to the use of the results of the Software, for its own use. Any other use by the Licensee is forbidden without express authorization. The Licensee is prohibited from commercially exploiting and/or distributing in any way whatsoever the SaaS Services, the pages of the Platform website, or the computer codes of the elements comprising the Platform and/or the Software.
