EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL TEACHING. A. Effective with the Fall 2020 Semester and thereafter, a teacher’s hourly extra-contractual contact hour rate (ECT) shall be 1/1125 of the teacher’s 10-month contractual salary including longevity compensation. Effective with the Fall 2020 Semester and thereafter, a teacher’s extra contractual non- contact hour rate (ECN) shall be 1/2250 of the teacher’s 10-month contractual salary including longevity.

EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL TEACHING. A. A teacher’s hourly extra-contractual contact hour rate (ECT) shall be 1/1500 of the teacher’s 10-month contractual salary including Longevity compensation. Effective with the Fall 2017 Semester, a teacher’s hourly extra contractual teaching contact hour rate (ECT) shall be 1/1427 of the teacher’s 10 month contractual salary including Longevity.   • CONTRACTUAL WORK The right of contracting or sub-contracting is vested in the Board. The right to contract or sub-contract shall not be used for the purpose of undermining the Union or to discriminate against any of its members, nor shall use of contracting or sub-contracting result in the reduction of the present work force as is now in effect, or in the event of the extension of service shall contracting or sub-contracting be used to avoid the performance of work covered under this Agreement.

  • SUB-CONTRACTORS Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

  • SUBCONTRACTUAL RELATIONS 5.3.1 By written agreement, the Contractor shall require each Subcontractor, to the extent of the Work to be performed by the Subcontractor, to be bound to the Contractor by the terms of the Contract Documents, and to assume toward the Contractor all the obligations and responsibilities which the Contractor, by these Documents, assumes toward the State and the Architect. Said agreement shall preserve and protect the rights of the State and the Architect under the Contract Documents with respect to the Work to be performed by the Subcontractor so that the subcontracting thereof will not prejudice such rights, and shall allow to the Subcontractor, unless specifically provided otherwise in the Contractor Subcontractor agreement, the benefit of all rights, remedies and redress against the Contractor that the Contractor, by these Documents, has against the State. The Contractor shall require each Subcontractor to enter into similar agreements with his Sub-subcontractors. The Contractor shall make available to each proposed Subcontractor, prior to the execution of the Subcontract, copies of the Contract Documents to which the Subcontractor will be bound by this Paragraph 5.3, and identify to the Subcontractor any terms and conditions of the proposed Subcontract which may be at variance with the Contract Documents. Each Subcontractor shall similarly make copies of such Documents available to his / her Sub-subcontractors.

  • Contractor’s Personnel Contractor warrants that all Contractor personnel engaged in the performance of Work under this Contract shall possess sufficient experience and/education to perform the services requested by the County. County expressly retains the right to have any of the Contractor personnel removed from performing services under this Contract. Contractor shall effectuate the removal of the specified Contractor personnel from providing any services to the County under this Contract within one business day of notification by County. County shall submit the request in writing to the Contractor’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or additional factual information if it elects to request any specific Contractor personnel be removed from performing services under this Contract.

  • SUB-CONTRACTOR Section 1. The Employer shall not contract any work covered by this Agreement to be done at the site of construction, alterations, repairs or any new construction to any person, firm or company that does not have an existing labor agreement with the Union covering such work within the scope of this Agreement.

  • Where a Contracting Party expropriates the assets of a company which is incorporated or constituted under the law in force in any part of its own territory, and in which investors of the other Contracting Party own shares, it shall ensure that the provisions of this Article are applied so as to guarantee prompt, adequate and effective compensation in respect of their investment to such investors of the other Contracting Party who are owners of those shares.

  • Contractual Penalty 1. For each instance of contravention of the restraint of competition within the meaning of §10 or of the confidentiality obligation pursuant to § 8, the Member of the Management Board shall pay a contractual penalty in an amount corresponding to the average monthly remuneration received over the 12 months preceding his departure pursuant to § 3, Paragraph 1 of this Agreement.

  • SUB-CONTRACTING 31.1. The Authority approves the appointment of the sub-contractors specified in Schedule 10 (Approved Sub-contractors) in respect of the obligations specified in that Schedule.
