Extra Leave for Proportionate Salary. QBuild employees have the opportunity to access a minimum of one (1) week and a maximum of six (6) weeks additional leave per year with a proportionate decrease in their net fortnightly wage. The reduced wage will be paid to the employee while they are on leave.
