SERVICES NON-EXCLUSIVE Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Servicer from rendering or performing services similar to those provided for in this Agreement to or for itself or other persons, firms or companies or from carrying on business similar to or in competition with the business of the Mortgages Trustee and the Beneficiaries.

Penalties for non-conformity of production 9.1. The approval granted in respect of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements set forth above are not met. 9.2. Non-Use and Non-Disclosure The Receiving Party agrees not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose except to evaluate and engage in discussions concerning a potential business relationship between the parties hereto. Non-Exclusive Contract The intent of this Contract is to provide state agencies with an expedited means of procuring supplies and/or services.
