Face Covering Requirements/Masks. The District shall comply with federal, state, and local mandates regarding facial covering for all individuals on school facilities.

Face Covering Requirements/Masks. 16.1. The District shall require the use of facial coverings (“masks or face xxxxxxx with drapes”) in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines currently in effect. Individuals who cannot wear a mask because of a documented health issue shall instead be required to wear a face shield and neck drape. Masks and face xxxxxxx with drapes may not be required for students if in the identified groups exempted from use of face coverings. Face coverings are required to be worn properly (covering mouth and nose) at all times by all individuals on a school campus indoors or outdoors. This applies to all staff, all administrators, and any visitors on campus over two years of age. 16.2. Face coverings shall not be required for students or and staff with exemptions as outlined in the public health guidelines in the State of California and San Diego County as verified in writing from a medical professional. 16.3. Face coverings shall be worn in all public areas and may be removed only when the bargaining unit member is alone in their classroom/workspace. Concerns relating to individuals who may be unable to wear a face covering will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Face Covering Requirements/Masks. 2.3.1. The District shall require the use of facial coverings ("masks") in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements currently in effect. 2.3.2. Face coverings shall not be required for anyone with a documented medical condition, mental health condition or disability that does not allow them to wear a mask. Student exemptions may be found within a student’s IEP or 504 plan. The district will continue to follow the guidance of the CDPH. 2.3.3. For unit members and students who cannot wear a mask according to section 2.3.1, face xxxxxxx will be provided by the District. Masks and face xxxxxxx may not be required for students with medical apparatus which prevents or obstructs the use of the apparatus. Within the special education department N95 face coverings will be provided upon request if the employee works with moderate to severe students whose IEP does not allow them to wear masks. These employees will need to undergo health screening and fitting to ensure the safety of our staff.

  • Training Requirements Grantee shall: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS; B.   • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order.   • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.
